Carmen Prado

Psychologist and researcher, Member of the INDRHO research Group at
the University of Seville, she has over 15 years of experience as
a consultant in the field of human resources.
Expert in Gender and Equal Opportunities, she has successfully implemented
equality plans in a wide variety of organizations.
Specialist in developing emotional competencies in work
teams, part of her work is featured in the book “Leading Teams with
Emotional Intelligence”.
She is currently developing her doctoral thesis on the “Study of the
emotional competencies of work teams”,
and helps organizations create healthy environments,
contributing to increased psychological well-being of
professionals and their job satisfaction, as well as the
productivity of teams.
Julia Ollero
CONSULTANT
Julia has experience in a work environment with workers
from diverse cultures (New York, Bilbao, Barcelona, and Seville) and
needs (mental health unit; penitentiary center; external
consultations), giving her the ability to adapt training and
cater to the needs of each person within a team.
She has developed her professional career as a manager trainer
and manager of a team responsible for workplace well-being (BH Well-being,
Barcelona) implemented in an international telecommunications company,
in addition to evaluation, diagnosis, and psychological assistance
of profiles in English and Spanish. She is currently dedicated to training
in competency development, both individually and in groups, and to
psychological assistance in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
Laura Pascual
CONSULTANT
With over 8 years as a trainer in social skills and
risk prevention for public and private entities, she has
been a teacher in diverse settings such as the university,
prisons, security management, and women at risk of
social exclusion in countries like Paraguay and Guatemala.
Passionate about teaching and new technologies, she is
convinced that learning should always be an enjoyable task
and that there is an appropriate method for each
person. She has worked as a consultant in evaluations of
processes and information processing for different
entities, including the Junta de Andalucía.
Her training as a criminologist allows her to focus on the personal
and professional development of her students from a global
and innovative perspective.
Ana López Sousa
CONSULTANT
With over 18 years of experience as a consultant and trainer in corporate and external communication, teamwork, and executive coaching, she is established as a specialist in these areas.
Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming and researcher in the Communication Theory and Technology Research Group (GITTCUS), she has led and
coordinated creative teams in television and cinema and has developed numerous
projects in public and private companies to promote good communicative
practices in leadership and team management.
She is currently the coordinator of coaching processes for postgraduate
students at Loyola Andalucía University (Own title “Leaders for
the World”), aiming to increase performance and provide support in stress
management to achieve excellence. This professional stands out for her
passion, commitment, and ability to provoke positive transformations
in the people she works with.
Marta Serena
HEAD OF THE CORDOBA AND EXTREMADURA BRANCH
Double Degree in Psychology and Criminology from Loyola Andalucía University, Marta specialized in the area of Human Resources and conflict mediation in the workplace.
As an Organizational Psychologist, she has over 3 years of experience in human resources consulting. She is specialized in selecting profiles in the areas of IT and naval engineering, civil, energy and industrial, digital and cybersecurity.
She has experience in training managerial skills for companies in various sectors and different professional profiles, and has participated as a speaker at Loyola University, delivering the masterclass “How to Attract and Retain Talent in Organizations”.
Her additional training in arts and music enriches her professional approach, infusing sensitivity, creativity, and passion into each project.
Currently, she leads the project to expand the services of the ABASTARE Group, directing the launch of the new Córdoba and Extremadura branch.
Rocío Prado
HR CONSULTANT
Licensed in Business Administration and Management, specialized in International Trade and Marketing, with over 9 years of experience.
Since 2021, she has reinvented herself in the exciting world of Executive Coaching and Personal Branding, focusing on career guidance, employability, and skill development.
She currently works as a people and talent consultant, developing coaching processes for both teenagers and adults and, especially, in the dramatic arts world.
Her purpose is focused on helping people find their true vocation and discover their talents, to put them into practice and facilitate the fulfillment of their dreams in one of the areas that, if not the most important, is the one that occupies the most time in their lives: the professional area.

Cristian Lay belongs to an important group of companies, CL Grupo Industrial, which encompasses diverse sectors such as the manufacturing and marketing of jewelry and costume jewelry, cosmetics and personal hygiene, corrugated cardboard, piped gas distribution, renewable energies, the fruit and vegetable sector, the chemical sector, and the construction and maintenance of wind farms.
One of the projects developed for Cristian Lay in 2017 was the training of the executive team to successfully handle any public appearance. Through different role-playing sessions, where constructive criticism and video recording were key, participants became aware, among other aspects, of the importance of corporate messages, understanding the audience they are addressing and getting it right, or how to ask questions and answer them in a presentation before audiences that can exceed 3,000 people.
A fantastic experience in which we became aware of the talent that this great group possesses.
