Ana del Pino

FOUNDING PARTNER

With over 18 years of experience as a consultant and trainer
in the field of human resources, this professional has been able
to develop her skills in a wide range of public and private
sector companies.

Her potential to contribute to the development of managerial skills in
senior executives has resulted in a high ROI following the training programs
she has delivered.

Her over 9 years of professional experience at a multinational
in the services sector in the field of quality and HR is her greatest asset.
Continuing in this vein, she is currently
working on her doctoral thesis on the topic of servant leadership.

An economist specializing in business management,
making her a unique profile that does not go unnoticed.

Carmen Prado

FOUNDING PARTNER

Psychologist and researcher, member of the INDRHO research group at
the University of Seville, she has over 15 years of experience as
a human resources consultant.

An expert in Gender and Equal Opportunities, she has successfully
implemented equality plans in a wide range of organizations.

She specializes in developing emotional competencies in work
teams, with part of her work reflected in the book “Leading Teams with
Emotional Intelligence”.

She is currently developing her doctoral thesis on the “Study of
Emotional Competencies in Work Teams”,
and helps organizations create healthy environments,
contributing to increased psychological well-being of
professionals and their job satisfaction, as well as
team productivity.

Julia Ollero

CONSULTANT

Julia has experience working with employees from diverse cultures
(New York, Bilbao, Barcelona, and Seville) and needs
(mental health unit; penitentiary; outpatient clinics), providing her
with the ability to tailor training and attention to the needs
of each individual within a team.

She has developed her professional career as a managers’ trainer and manager of a team in charge of workplace well‐being (BH Bienestar,
Barcelona) implemented in an international telecommunications company,
as well as in the evaluation, diagnosis and psychological assistance
of English and Spanish profiles. She currently focuses on competency
development training, both individual and group, and on
providing psychological support in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Laura Pascual

CONSULTANT

With over 8 years as a trainer in social skills and
risk prevention for public and private entities, she has
been an instructor in various settings such as universities,
prisons, security management, and programs for women at risk of
social exclusion in countries like Paraguay and Guatemala.

Passionate about teaching and new technologies, she is
convinced that learning should always be an enjoyable
task and that there is a suitable method for each
person. She has worked as a consultant in process
evaluations and information management for different
entities, including the Junta de Andalucía.

Her training as a criminologist leads her to approach
her students’ personal and professional development
from a global and innovative perspective.

Ana López Sousa

CONSULTANT

Her over 18 years of experience as a consultant and trainer in corporate and external communication, teamwork and executive coaching endorse her as a specialist in these areas.

An NLP Practitioner and researcher in the Communication Theory and Technology research group
(GITTCUS), she has led and coordinated creative teams in television and film and has
developed numerous projects in public and private companies to promote best
communication practices in leadership and team management.

She is currently coordinating coaching processes for graduate students at Universidad
Loyola Andalucía (own degree “Leaders for the World”), aiming to increase performance
and provide support in stress management to achieve excellence. This professional stands
out for her passion, commitment, and ability to foster positive transformations
in the people she works with.

Marta Serena

HEAD OF CÓRDOBA AND EXTREMADURA OFFICE

Double Degree in Psychology and Criminology from Universidad Loyola Andalucía, Marta specialized in Human Resources and conflict mediation in the workplace.

As an Organizational Psychologist, she has over 3 years of experience in human resources consulting. She specializes in recruiting profiles in IT and naval, civil, energy and industrial engineering, digital, and cybersecurity.

She has experience training leadership skills for companies in different sectors and profiles, and has participated as a speaker at Universidad Loyola, delivering the masterclass “How to Attract and Retain Talent in Organizations”.

Her additional training in arts and music enriches her professional approach, infusing sensitivity, creativity, and passion into every project.

She is currently leading the expansion project of Grupo ABASTARE’s services, overseeing the launch of the new Córdoba and Extremadura office.

Rocío Prado

HR CONSULTANT

Degree in Business Administration and Management, specialized in International Trade and Marketing, with over 9 years of experience.

Since 2021 she has reinvented herself in the exciting world of Executive Coaching and Personal Branding, focusing on professional guidance, employability, and skills development.

She currently works as a people and talent consultant, developing coaching processes for both adolescents and adults, especially in the world of dramatic arts.

Her purpose is focused on helping people find their true vocation and discover their talents, to put them into practice and make their dreams come true in one of the areas that, if not the most important, occupies the greatest amount of their time: the professional area.
